I remember those days. I have 5 grown children and several grandchildren. Getting everyone's routines, school schedules, activities managed was hard enough, and then ME... I needed down time, and had to be mentally and physically healthy in order to do it ALL. Fighting Dyslexia, recovering from personal injuries, and teaching kids with Dyslexia was exhausting.
Little by little, I developed small routines in my day, that helped me to catch my breath, take care of my body, and take care of my mental being, naturally. I did a lot by myself... as mentoring and coaching wasn't really a thing way back then.
But now.. I see the value of imparting my knowledge and helping moms to have a better natural option of taking care of their bodies, minds and then their families.
